AjaMed also provides pampering yet therapeutic body treatments designed to restore balance and well being. Whether you experience a detoxifying body wrap, rehydrating facial or therapeutic massage, each treatment is personalized to the specific needs of the guest.

Take Your Time
In order to maximize the benefits of your service please arrive at least 15-30 minutes prior to your appointment to take advantage of our offerings. This will give you ample time to fill out any paperwork, unwind in our relaxation suite while sipping on tea, and snack on healthy treats. If you choose to enjoy our private aromatherapy steam room inquire with the front desk to schedule in advance.
Help Us Offer You Exceptional Service
A credit card is required to reserve your appointment, and we appreciate you acknowledging a 24-hour cancellation policy. There will be a full service charge for non-cancelled appointments. Understanding that emergencies may occur our front desk will do everything to consider outstanding circumstances. Your late arrival will simply limit the time for your treatment as we must appropriately accommodate our next guest. Please respect our time as much as we respect yours. Scheduling an appointment is your acceptance of these policies.
Be Courteous
Please turn cell phones off or silent while in AjaMed. We also ask that you are respectful of others’ privacy and speak softly near areas that are in session.
Personal Preferences
Please communicate your specifications or feedback with the therapist so that we can make your time with us a special experience. If you’re not fully satisfied, please let our front desk know or drop a line in our suggestion box so that we may try our best to improve or accommodate.
Yin or Yang
Please feel free to request either a male or female therapist for your treatment. However, we would like to note that all of our therapists are professionally trained and will offer you the highest standard of service with continuous consideration for your comfort level.
Simplicity
AjaMed accepts cash, travelers checks, gift cards, visa and mastercard for services and products. For qualified medical services our practitioners gladly accept Flexible Spending Accounts, HSA’s and some types of insurance coverage (please contact your practitioner and provider for more details).
Generosity
AjaMed gift certificates are also available. These make great gifts for birthdays, anniversaries or any special occasion. Certificates are available in any denomination for most all of our services here, please inquire at the front desk for further details.
Gratuities
Our spa staff is dedicated to exceeding your expectations and creating a memorable spa experience. Gratuities for these efforts are greatly appreciated and can be either given directly to the staff member, or extended at the front desk of the spa facility. Standard practice for excellent service ranges from a 15-20% gratuity.
